The board of directors is selected each 3 years from the shareholder meeting composed of 9 members, 7 are working members. The BOD elects the president and vicepresident, recently it also approved a new company structure into 3 areas: administration, production and commercial, giving the responsibility respectively to Giovanna Vivi, Graziano Fantozzi (Vicepresident), and Antonio Caselli (President). The management also nominated the supervisor of the semifinished product Giuseppe Migliari, of the finished product Gianluca Leonardi and of the purchasing Ferruccio Del Cigno.
